THE WORKOUT

Single bent over row into Single bent over flyes - 7 reps each/per arm X 4

Lateral raises into Around the worlds - 7 reps X 4

Plate front raises - 8 reps X 3

Bicep into hammer curls - 12 reps X 3

Single rows - 7 reps per arm into Double Row - 7 reps - X 4

Lat pull down - 8-10 reps X 3

Face pull w lat pull down - 8 reps X 3

Stairmaster - 20 mins - 1 min walk/1 min skip a step lunges

ABS
Knee to elbow/foot to toe crunches
Sit ups through legs
Cocoon Crunch
30 secs per exercise - 1 min between rounds - 3 rounds!
