Fletcher Henderson (1898-1952) and his Orchestra playing "The Gouge Of Armour Avenue", recorded for Vocalion on July 31, 1924.

The trombone solo is played by Charlie Green, who recently had joined the band.
Later in 1924, when Henderson played at The Roseland Ballroom, Buster Bailey and Louis Armstrong both joined the band.
