The RF-V36 smartwatch has been provided by BangGood for review. Many thanks to our viewers for making this YouTube site popular and to BangGood for their support. If you are interested in purchasing this RF-V36 smartwatch, please use the link listed above. It will help us receive more watches to review for you in the future. Thanks!

This device is very specialized. It is for monitoring the elderly or very young. It provides location tracking, two way walkie-talkie conversations, hear rate and blood pressure monitoring, plus SOS functions, geo-fencing, and even fall detection and emergency calling.

Unfortunately, I could not get this device to work, as it needs a SIM to tether to the phone app rather then Bluetooth. Since my USA at&t SIM won’t work, I couldn’t connect to the watch, and all settings — including changing the language from Chinese to English — are done through the app. So this review covers what the device “should” do, not what it actually does. Make sure it will work in your area before buying!

Also, the phone app is not available through the Google Play store. To download the tethering app for your phone, start here: You will need to set up an account, and you can’t even access the app without logging in using the unique code on your watch. Finally, it appears this may be a subscription service where you need to pay a monthly fee for the service. I couldn’t verify that as I couldn’t connect with the watch. If any of you get this device and figure it out, please leave your experiences in the comments below. Thanks!

Important Notices for Blood Pressure Reading Devices -
BIOMETRIC MEASUREMENT WARNING: This device claims to read Blood Pressure without using a cuff to measure actual Blood Pressure directly. The accuracy of the readings HAVE NOT BEEN VERIFIED and MAY NOT BE ACCURATE. As such, you are advised to proceed with caution and to *NOT* rely upon Blood Pressure readings from this or any similar devices for making decisions regarding your medical condition or health. Fitness/Health watches/bands offering biometric measurements such as heart rate, Blood Pressure, blood oxygen, fatigue, breath rate, etc., should be considered supplemental to seeking true and accurate readings taken under optimal conditions by trained professionals using accurate, calibrated equipment. If you feel concerned about your health, do not self-diagnose, especially from using inexpensive, uncalibrated non-medical wearable devices such as this one. Seek proper medical advice. Enjoy your new toy, but remember, it is a toy.
